Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BonusBoarding ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit bonusboarding.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
Information you provide
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. The newsletter is operated through Beehiiv, whose own privacy policy also applies. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs for security and performance purposes. If we use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), the data is aggregated and does not identify you individually.
Local storage
The Site stores a single preference (your light/dark theme choice) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Affiliate links and third parties
The Site contains affiliate links to card issuers and affiliate networks. When you click these links, the destination site and its network may set cookies or collect information to attribute your application. Those parties' privacy policies govern their data practices; we do not control them and do not receive your application details — only anonymized commission reporting.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Site, deliver the newsletter you requested, respond to messages, measure aggregate traffic, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the Site (hosting, newsletter, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained per Cloudflare's standard retention periods. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be noted on this page.
